Spent my most recent Christmas in California – I know, I’m a bit late. Haha!
I’m from New York, so when I plan a trip in December, I am expecting to go somewhere warm. Or at least, warmer than New York City. Disappointed- this was not the case with California. I went to San Francisco and it was !@#$% COLD! However, I still had an amazing time! Let’s take a step back to 2015 and take a closer look at all the festivities.
Beginning with… OUTFIT!
Madewell Sleeveless turtleneck sweater. I normally do not like turtleneck sweaters because I find it uncomfortable when there’s itchy little bit of cloth material scratching at my neck. However, I do love this sweater; I fold the turtleneck twice so that it’s not too high up. I am wearing silky white shirt from banana. I feel that when you wear something big and heavy like a sweater, you have to tone it down by balancing it with a softer and lighter material like a silky shirt. Next, I have some jegging from UNIQLO. I have like ten pair of these jeans. They are amazing because they’re stretchy and comfortable. Recently, I’ve been into the Chino look where you fold your jeans above your ankle. I’m not a fan of the bottom scrunch up jean look. Last, I have Nike Lady Racquette sneakers. I freakin’ LOVE these sneakers because they’re comfortable yet you don’t look like you just came from the gym. To conclude, they’re freakin’ trendy.
Next, GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE!
Then, BERNAL HEIGHTS!
and… PAINTED LADIES
Look at this, skyscrapers behind houses? Where else do we get to see that???
And, the last and final sunset of 2015 from San Francisco, California.
